ULTEM 9085 is an advanced polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic with aerospace certification. Meets strict flammability, smoke and toxicity (FST) requirements with UL 94-V0 rating. Excellent chemical resistance to hydrocarbons, alcohols and aqueous solutions. Parts withstand autoclave cycles, lacquer baking and contact with aviation fluids. Functional prototypes and end products, housings, brackets, adapters, exhibition models, mold testing and fitting.
